The work
Bedim Security runs a live security operation where an agentic workforce does the watching, the triage, and the checking; a human supervisor sets policy and owns the risk decisions; and a compliance engine proves the whole thing daily. The stack is open source end to end — Wazuh, an agentic coordination layer, and DISA STIG automation — running on our own hardened estate, not a demo.
Work here spans four crafts that rarely sit under one roof:
- Security operations — sensors, alerts, incident flow, and the judgment of when to escalate.
- Compliance engineering — DISA STIGs, the RMF, and turning NIST controls into continuously verified facts.
- Infrastructure hardening — hypervisors, Linux, Windows, and the discipline to keep them that way.
- Agentic workforce design — the automation that makes the above run without being told twice.
Who thrives here
